Shipping Policy (Lower 48 States):

Free Ground Shipping applies on all items listed on our website. The Free Shipping offer is valid only for orders shipped within the continental 48 states, and are shipped via a ground carrier of our choosing. Normal ground delivery times are 1-4 business days from the date of shipment. When using the FREE GROUND SHIPPING method, orders will normally ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail (packages under 13 ounces) or USPS Priority Mail (packages weighing 14 oz - 3 lbs. However, we may at our discretion, use an economy shipping method such as USPS Parcel Select, or FedEx Smart Post. These methods normally take 2-9 business days for delivery. This method will be routinely used for rural or distant addresses on packages weighing 10 lbs. or less. 

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Free ground shipping is a complimentary delivery method which we offer. In rare and unique circumstances, some oversized packages (FedEx OS1, OS2) may not qualify for free shipping at our discretion. Free shipping may or may not apply to special orders, customers will be made aware of any and all shipping costs when placing special orders. AK/HI customers are required to pick one of the selected FedEx / UPS shipping methods, or call us for a possible discounted shipping rate that is not quoted on our website. Foil-Pans.com reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason we deem reasonable. These may include but are not limited to, incorrectly priced items on our website, orders beyond normal quantity usage, or suspicious orders that we may determine to be fraudulent. 

 

Pricing:

Our website reflects the most current item pricing available in our database and in our price files. Spot aluminum prices change by the day. Therefore, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs, raw material costs, manufacturer increases, or mismarked items.  Foil-Pans.com does not routinely price-match competitor pricing, but we will do so occasionally on a case to case basis. 

 

Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in New, Unused Condition and in Original Packaging for a full refund, less shipping and fees. All items not returned in New, Unused Condition and in Original Packaging will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 20%. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product(s) returned.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except for items returned due to a shipping error on our part. Reduced shipping call tags can be obtained when calling for a Return Authorization. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Do not place shipping labels directly on product packaging. Example: foil steam pans should be in original manufacturer packaging and placed in the shipping carton it arrived in, with any needed packaging to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.

The following items cannot be returned: Special order items, closeout items, price negotiated items, and clearance items.

Refunds will be used to pay for exchange orders or issued to the payment methods on the original order. If a credit card was used, that has now expired, a refund check will be sent to the mailing address on the account. When calling for a return authorization, please let the Customer Service Representative know if the card used has expired.

 

Warranties:

Foil-Pans.com will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufactures warranty. Some warranty issues will need to be addressed with the manufacturer. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem.
